After completing his studies in public health, he discovered a passion for exploring the financial side of healthcare and began writing for health organizations in Tirana.

Known for his concise yet impactful writing, Arben infuses his articles with practical insights and an understanding of challenges faced by smaller healthcare entities.

His goal with RBAPS is to make EU health funding opportunities clear and accessible, especially to those new to navigating European programs.
